“From the first correspondence with Kinetic Rhythm Entertainment I immediately could sense their level of professionalism. They were the 3rd DJ / event company I talked to about playing music for our corporate anniversary party and could tell they were operating from a different angle than the rest.. The representative I talked to, Scott, was incredibly professional, helpful and walked us through all of the different options for our event. He meet with us for custom consultation, which I really enjoyed, in which he walked us through every step of the process, including making sample playlists, being flexible on-site through the set-up and break down process, adapting the music throughout the evening and even showed us options for bringing in Cirque style performances such as fire dancers and aerialists. I had no idea they even offered those services, I would have had aerialist perform at the party but alas, it wasn’t in our budget, next year maybe!
We gave Scott a few sample styles of music and let them know the demographic of the audience that would be at the party so they could anticipate any styles of music to play. I’m always apprehensive to see if a DJ can actually read the crowd and play to the audience and not just put on the ‘top 40’ hits of the week. But our DJ, Matt, was fantastic at reading the room from the beginning of the night where people were mostly hanging out and not dancing, a downtempo lounge style music played in the background, perfect! Then later in the evening playing very upbeat music that got everyone on the dance floor. There were compliments throughout the night on how great the music was.
If there was one negative point, if you can even call it that, is that there were higher priced that most of the others, though not the highest. Its clear through our interaction with Kinetic Rhythm that they are and incredible professional company that brings more value to the table than just a DJ, worth every penny and will definitely be hiring them for all of our upcoming events.”
